introPLAY is for all committed and casual athletes who are interested in improving their performance and conditioning (and having fun!). Each of the 90 sports and activities tracked on introPLAY is represented by its own community, so athletes can share tips, techniques goals and training habits. It’s all in one place because we recognize that most athletes participate in multiple activities!
Becoming a Player on introPLAY is simple. As a Player, you can track your workout in 90 sports and activities, get detailed analysis, participate in competitive exercise leagues (called introLEAGUES) and start talking with the wider introPLAY community.
1. Track your workouts introPLAY’s workout tracker lets you track your workouts in 90 sports and activities. You can journal your activities using the Workout Blog and keep track of those aches and pains in the Injury Report. And you get analysis and feedback for all your physical activity and daily vital information.
Just click on the appropriate date on the workout calender or click “Add a Workout” from the Locker Room to start entering your workouts.
2. Start an introLEAGUE For the first time ever, you can compete with friends, family and colleagues near and far in a competitive exercise league called the introLEAGUE. It does not matter which sports and activities everyone participates in. They are all calibrated using the introPOINT scoring system. Start an introLEAGUE, set teams, work out, score points and win.
3. Connect with other athletes. Using introPLAY’s Talk feature, you can connect with other athletes. Use 1-on-1 Talk to talk to other individual Players. Post a public message on another Player’s message using Public Talk on the Player Card. And banter with other competitors in each introLEAGUE using League Talk.
As a Player on introPLAY, you can also update your profile, earn trophies for performance, see other Players’ workouts in the Workout Ticker and much more.
